Our trained panellists assess your food product in a group environment where they can discuss their thoughts and opinions about your food product. Results are recorded digitally for each panellist and as a group.
This is a qualitative research method and can be used to gain a greater understanding of your products based on consumer preferences. For example, is your product too spicy? Are specific flavours not coming through?
We can sample any edible food products from cheese to bacon and wine to chocolate, we can also use this method to evaluate packaging design.
