The Process

Our trained panellists assess your food product in a controlled environment ensuring minimal environmental bias from light, sound or packaging. This ensures our testing focuses solely on your product.

This is a quantitative research method and can be used to understand how well a product performs against competitor alternatives or to establish if new recipes match your expectations.

Testing includes:

  • Discrimination testing
  • Benchmarking


We can sample any edible food products from cheese to bacon and wine to chocolate. We have facilities to prepare and test both hot and cold food products.


We use state of the art software that generates a report the moment the last sample is finished. We can provide you with standalone reports or build a library of reports showing trends over time.
